Trench Drain System, 6-1/4″ Wide Reveal

The Zurn Z886 6-1/4″ Wide Trench Drain System comes standard with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Channels and a Ductile Iron Slotted Grate (DGC). Channels are 80″ [2032mm] long and have an internal 4″ [102mm] wide throat. Modular channel sections have a positive mechanical connection that will not separate during the installation. Channels have a smooth, 1-1/2″ [38mm] radiused self-cleaning bottom and come with rebar clips standard to secure the trench in its final location. Standard grates are 5-3/8″ [137mm] wide DGC grates that lockdown with lockdown bars to the channel and is not intended for dynamic traffic loadings. The Grates are class C rated per the DIN EN1433 top load classifications and supplied in 20″ [508mm] nominal lengths with 1/2″ [13mm] wide slots, and 3/4″ [19mm] bearing depth. These drains are ideal for a number of residential and commercial applications where aesthetics and functionality are required.
